Information: PHILOSOPHY Treat all clients as if they were family members. COMMUNITY SERVICE Lou Caprario served the community as a Science Teacher at Livingston High School for 35 years before retiring in 2001. He also was a Boy Scout leader for 10 years, and spent 15 years as a member of the Steering Committee of the New Jersey Science Convention. For 6 of those years, as Executive Co-Chair, he was responsible for running one of the largest Science Education conventions in the country. Following a year of leisure after retirement, he is again serving the community, this time as a Real Estate agent. EDUCATION Lou holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Upsala College and a Master of Science degree from Notre Dame University. EXPERIENCE Local residential Real Estate agent for 7 years. Resident of West Orange since 1974, leading to significant knowledge of the West Essex Real Estate market. Member of the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors, North Central Jersey Association of Realtors and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service.
